We provide soft vocoders for WIN/LINUX?ANDROID platform with encoding rate from 9600bps to 300bps. They act as C/JAVA libraries, static or dynamical, and it's easy for users to integrate them into their own APPs. More important, they are able to co-work with our vocoder chips, so that customers can build applications with both hardware terminals and software platform inside.
